Let Only: £500

Includes:

  • Marketing
  • Prominent Board (if accessible and allowed)
  • Social Media Presence
  • Tenancy Agreement Preparation
  • Deposit Registration
  • Inventory

Fully Managed: £300 Letting Fee and 10% Monthly

Includes Let only services plus;

  • Day to Day Maintenance Management
  • Advice on Renewal / Rent Increases
  • Rent Arrears Handling up to serving Notices (further services are available upon request)
  • Annual property visit (more frequent available as additional service)
  • Rent Payment Handling

VIP: £300 Letting Fee and 13% monthly

Includes all of Fully managed plus;

  • 6 monthly property visits
  • Rent arrears handling including serving notices and court handling (excludes solicitors costs)
  • annual property report and market advice
  • annual meeting regarding investment opportunities / improvement works / scheduling planned works

General Fees

Portfolio Review Meetings available at £95 per meeting.

Annual income expenditure report available £50 per report

Assisting with sourcing and purchasing investment property £500

Sales

Property sale 1% of sale price

Current management client sale 0.75% of sale price

Tenants

£180 per applicant

£90 guarantor
